Advent at Sacred Heart School: Week 4
With Christmas on Wednesday this year, there are not four full weeks of Advent, but there are still four Sundays in Advent. On Friday morning, December 20th, we lit the fourth candle, the candle of LOVE. We think of the love between Mary and Joseph, Mary and her cousin Elizabeth, and between John the Baptist and Jesus. As we inch closer to the celebration of Christmas, let’s try to place a priority on the love we can show to our family members.

As a family, do an act of service for someone in the community

Christmas Challenge: Invite ONE!Pray about who Christ is asking you to invite to Christmas Mass this year, then ask! Christmas is a great time to invite people to Mass who aren't normally here. Many people will ask you what your Christmas plans are this week, let them know which Mass you're attending in those plans.
